Just what I thought nothing could get worse than the locations nearest us I find this one. It was late and we were on the way to... the hotel from the hospital and figured this could be a safe bet. We were really wrong. Place in the order in the drive-thru wasdifficult as the sound was very poor but we did get the order through. And the end it wasn't totally correct but we did get ourfood. The young woman at the window was not friendly at all it seems a little put out having to take care of us. We stopped andchecked the bag and all the food was there and we went to the hotel. When we unpacked everything was there and only one sandwichwas made wrong. It just had one ingredient on it that it wasn't supposed to. I personally ordered a Whopper with cheese withjust ketchup and pickles and I did indeed receive that but it wasn't the quality I expected. It did have ketchup on it and therewere four pickles stacked in the very center. When I opened it and discovered this I did move the pickles around but I alsodiscovered that the sandwich smelled a little funny. It tasted okay but I did not finish it and the best thing I can say aboutit is that I didn't get sick from it. I definitely wouldn't come back here again. My faith in Burger King has been steadilydeclining over the last couple of years. Read more
Horrible experience disrespectful staff the food was cold and barely fries ask for napkins and ketchup and mayo the usual they... said they didn?t have!!! Never again I?m coming to this place! Burger King please do better in hiring people that want to work! Read more
Came Friday afternoon and was greeted as soon as I pulled to the speaker by a young lady really didn?t catch her name til I got... to the window and she said her name was Que with a smile. She repeated my order and give me my change back and said go to thenext window where she was there too greet me again. She gave me my drink while I wait for my food. Even doe they was busy Quekept a smile on her face thank me and told me too have a nice day. Y?all need more managers like that cause the guy manager isvery rude as I was waiting I could hear him cursing a customer out that he was serving in front of him. Read more
