My experience at BurgerIM was unforgettable for all the right reasons. My server, Kerrie, recommended the Truffle Burger and it... was the most incredible thing to ever land on my tastebuds. Do NOT recommend this place at all. I had a bad experience with the owner or the manager I?m not sure who he was. He is very... rude and do not treat customers nicely and he likes to diminish people. Never going back to this place and I hope someone takesaction on this person (Midtown location). I just wanted to enjoy my food and spend a nice time there but it was not possible.Also, I saw him treating other people the same way and they were not very please as well. Read more

I was craving a burger all week long and this place hit the spot! Went in and the cook handed me a menu. I left to go get a... tattoo and came back to grub on the Dry Aged Beef with fries. The food was warm and delicious. I even saw the steam come out ofthe burger. The fries were seasoned to perfection and crispy. Read more
