Captain’s Tavern is a wonderful seafood restaurant in Pinecrest. The fish is exceptional - extremely fresh. Captain’s... tavern has a separate business - a fresh seafood store- so they clearly do a very high volume of seafood - and this the fish andseafood is extremely fresh. The Decor feels like traditional New England, with many fish tanks throughout the restaurant. Ialways enjoy eating at Captain’s Tavern - as the entrees are always delicious!!! Read more

Only gets 3 stars because the staff was great but the food was not. I ordered the "special" grilled octopus arm and it was very... obvious that it was their way of trying to get rid of old food. It tasted like it was in a freezer for years ????. Go down thestreet to the Original Crab House instead . Read more
