Chili?s is normally one of our favorite restaurants. But here the service was poor and that with the tip automatically added... with 18 percent. We had to wait long. Did not get a refill on our drink and the chicken was burned and dry. Read more

Raisa was the worst server I?ve ever had. I?m a server and bartender and understand that things happen, but her customer service... skills were nonexistent. We waited 10 minutes after we were seated for her to greet us and when she walked up she said ?are youready?? Rather then asking how we were and introducing herself to us. She didn?t refill our drinks or ask if our meals were okayand when we were done eating, we waited almost 20 minutes for her to come and give us our check even though they were not busyand she walked past our table multiple times. I?m all for gratuity being added to checks to make sure the servers are being paidfor their work, but she didn?t do any work and in turn that took extra money away from a single mom in nursing school.
