Our food and drinks were great! The male bartender served us at a table after a female server sat us and ignored us. Even though... gratuity was added we still gave the bartender an extra tip for being awesome!! Looking forward to stopping in again when we goback to Miami!! Read more

Had the best bartender ever. “ Que”. He was always active. Alert and the most energetic. He was vibing with us all night. We... spent well over $400 and I would do it again because it was all vibes. He was super attentive and always kept an eye on us. Ilove this place. As a true Guyanese this is the spot to go!!!! Read more

I went with family and we had an amazing experience. I booked reservations but we were late due to the rain. They still say us... right away which was unexpected. Plenty of people were waiting. They have a live DJ playing music and an extension for outdoorseating as well. Pretty large bar right next to the DJ. We got Jerk Corn, oxtails, Mac and cheese along with a whole jerkchicken. Everything was amazing although the mac and cheese was dry. But if you add some gravy to it then you’ll for got aboutit being dry. Drinks looked and tasted amazing too but on the sweet side. I will most definitely come back because I’m in theart district so after you eat, you can walk around and see all the new artwork. Read more

Was surprised to read all the positive reviews, yet see a 3.9 star rating. After having visited, I get it. Food was generally... quite good, the jerk pork was really excellent and quite authentic, good spice level on the sauce. Was so happy to taste theseflavors again after having visited Jamaica many years ago. Jerk chicken was decent as well although it could have been warmerand less dry. Service was friendly but extremely slow. If you eat here bring a lot of time and patience. Every step of theservice process takes ages, no matter it's getting the menu, placing the order, receiving your order to getting the bill orgetting your card back. Ordering a second beer alone took a good half hour from the first attempt to order until actuallyholding it in my hand. I literally hunted down the staff to get my credit card back. The place was busy but it appeared thereshould have been enough staff on the floor for service to be more efficient. We spent a total of 2.5 hours in this place for asimple one course dinner with one extra beer to cool off after the spicy food (which arrived long after the spice had receded).Would not generally be an issue, were the music not so unnecessarily loud that conversation was completely impossible. Iappreciate the effort with a live DJ and the vibe was good, people were having a good time but some of us also want to converseat dinner and not just eat and look at each other for 2.5 hours because service is slow and music is blasting.
