Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I had to say ?hello?? 3 times at the drive thru before someone finally responded. Just day ?hi... one moment please,? if you?re busy?Ordered a medium hot coffee with 1 cream 1 Splenda, they gave me 1/2 decaf black coffee withSplenda. Ordered a small oat milk hot latte, they used regular milk. Checked their website. Said closes at 8; drive-up at 7. Pulled up to the drive-up at 6:05. Neon window sign said ?OPEN?. Waited... 8 minutes. Drove around to the window. Girl was counting cash, and mouthed ?closed?. I motioned to open the window, and told herabout the website hours and the OPEN sign. She pointed to a small sign that said they close at 5 on Sundays. Oh my God. Where to start? Terrible service at the drive-through. They take forever and at times will ask you to park in the... rear so that they can meet their timer requirements. The attendant never pays attention when taking orders and about half of thetimes they get the order wrong. Probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. Ever. Read more

Horrible place, I?ve been there few times and the last time i was there the girl taking my order was so rude, i don?t know why I... decided to give them another shot and i just went there, their front door/dining area i still locked since the pandemic startedand they only work drive thru, the front door is never open like any other DD I?ve been in town, ridiculous to start with butagain i went and when i started what it was going to be a large order, i ordered a 12 donuts, i asked for 6 boston cream and thegirl stopped me right there and she said we can only give you assorted through the drive thru, i said but the front door islocked therefore forcing me to come through here and she said, yeah I?m sorry, i said are u serious? She again said yeah, I?msorry one more time, i drove off and called the store to speak to the manager, i called twice with no response, after few ringssaid, leave a message, as i was driving off there was a gentleman sitting on the floor of the drive thru waiting for his food,maybe he didn?t have a car, he looked at me and said, last time i come to this place.
