I come here often like 3 times a week and for the last 3 weeks they have messed up my cold brew order with iced coffee. Also... last week they gave me a latte when I ordered an oat milk latte. They are nice but the service has gone down. Read more
Store closes at random times without notice. Placed a mobile order only to find the doors locked upon arriving to pick it up.... Had to run an errand at the same shopping center and on my way back to the car noticed there was an employee inside, door stillclosed, who signaled me that the store was now closed. Had to call Dunkin to get my money back. Read more
If you want donuts, this isn't the place to go... Every time I've gone here they never have the donuts I want or don't have any... donuts left. After 6pm don't expect to get a sweet treat. I can't believe Dunkin' Donuts doesn't have Donuts.. it's always ashock to me. Haven't returned. Ps they also close early. Read more
When I walked in, the person behind the counter never even acknowledges I was there. He did the same thing to another customer... after me. Then, as I was waiting by the mobile order pick up, he sees me there, doesn't ask if the order he's putting on thecounter is mine. Then, he places it at the far end of the counter, making me have to overreach just to get my order. Horribleservice. When I told him it was my order and he placed far from me, he just said "oh, my bad." And walked away. Customerservice is truly dying. Read more
