I love this place. Each time i go I feel like I'm in an alternate universe where casto never took control of Cuba. There's all... kinds of Cuban dishes served cafeteria style. The best coffee ever. This place has really grown, and has multiple locations. Iswear they aren't paying me to say this Read more

I arrived at 8pm and was very nicely greeted by a young lady who showed me around the food area . I inquired about the okra and... she even gave me a sample and it was ok . Then I realized that everything looked nice and full but they were very short pans andthere was only a thin layer of food on top . I moved on to the beef stew and ordered that . So I ordered 2 completas ( meals )one with rice, okra , and plantains and one with beef stew , rice , and plantains and a large chicken soup . The server asked meI wanted the large meal or the small meal and I requested the large . When I saw her starting to package the meals, once shetook a spoonful of okra the tray way empty and same with the beef stew , so I asked her if that was a regular large portion andshe said that that was all they had . I asked the price and she told me $14.95 each meal . I said I thought the portions wereextremely small and she said she would ask the owner . She did and the man looks at me and point to beef short ribs and tellsher to add a piece of that meat because all meat is the same. I looked straight at him and said no it?s not . He proceeded tomake some comment I didn?t understand . To end this , I paid nearly $50 for the two meals and the soup , the portions wereextremely small and salty , the soup was just ok , the young ladies service was great . I will never be back and it goes down inmy book as one of the worse places to get food in Miami . Read more

The food and the juices are really good here. We also bought some produce: avocados (FL size) and papaya. The only thing is that... i noticed they have a sign saying ?free ice bag? but they give u a bag free if u buy one. Not disclosed on their add. (See pic) Read more
