The most horrible experience I have EVER had at Flanigan?s. I have been a loyal customer ever since I can remember. Today, I... went to celebrate my friend?s birthday with a couple of friends. We waited 2 HOURS to never get seated at the second table. Thestaff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The hostess in the front has the biggest attitude problem as well as a lady manager.It isn?t our fault that they can?t coordinate an easy task such as emptying out 2 tables. We decided to leave and go to MillerAle House down the street, aps they seated my party as soon as I walked in. I am extremely disappointed and I will never go tothis Flanigan?s again. We were seated right away and greeted by our server, Brittany, shortly after. She was not very helpful explaining the happy... hours specials. Once she took our order she disappeared. Someone finally brought our drinks to the table, no straws, but bythis time they were watered down. Once our food arrived Brittany was yet again MIA, so one of the staff members brought out extra sauce for the wings, which weren't that good. I had to get my own napkins because she was nowhere to be found. The finalstraw was when I had to go ask the hostess to find her so that we could pay and leave. She dropped the check and walked awayleaving us again to seek help from someone else. We asked to see a manager because at this point our dining experience wasruined. Charlotte, the manager on duty, was very helpful and understanding of our dissatisfaction. Read more
