The Uber driver request says to be kind, I was kind. But unfortunately if you?re going to request a certain manner at least... uphold that on the employees ends. The bigger gentleman , w/o hair was rude. I was picking up an order and I was blatantlyignored. Waited for a long time in a line behind one person just to be rudely addressed. I am going to post a picture of theirpickup request. And how they request to ?be kind?, but didn?t give the same curtesy. This happened 11/23/2022, Wednesday after7pm. If you?re just miserable with your job, get another one. Or if you?re just miserable generally, then you might not flourishin customer service.
