The gelato here is pretty good but the conditions are NOT sanitary. The servers don?t use gloves to prepare the food after using... the register. I asked the guy to use a wrapper to pick up my gelato cone (this is during the Covid pandemic) and he seemedannoyed. He placed the cone that he touched with bare hands back into the container to be purchased by some unknowing patron.Not cool?. Read more
We came from Pura Vida bag to sit in and eat some ice cream. The worker said there are no vegan options , and therefore if we... don?t buy an ice cream we can?t sit on the outdoor seating area (on the street). He said that it?s not him, but his manager. Iwent in to speak to the manager, but there wasn?t a manager. These staff are poorly trained. Super bad customer service, lack ofknowledge about their products. These kids need to work in McDonald?s kitchen or something simple that doesn?t require customerservice interaction, and not to be in front of the house. Read more
