Zero stars would be more appropriate. Ordering on the app is worthless it saves you zero time. The people at this McDonalds have... zero customer service skills, not at all organized, rude and honestly the food just does not taste the same they must be cuttingcorners everywhere. I would hate to see how dirty the kitchen must be if they cant get anything right. I have had thisexperience numerous times and just got fed up and finally wrote a review.
