Call me crazy, but Am I the only one that would like to be greeted in English, you know the country?s official language. Why is... it that I go into some of these business including this one, And I am spoken to in some foreign language that I don?tunderstand. I am aware not everyone speaks English because of immigration, but basic word would be nice. At my house we LOVE Papa John's, so we kept giving this location and tne next closest plenty of opportunities but it's just one... bad experience after the other. We've gotten burnt garlic knots, pizzas with huge crusts and minimum ingredients, cold pizzas,our pizza ingredients messed up often and to top it all off, the customer service is the worst. They're rude, condescending andhave no desire to help you out at all. After some time has passed, we convince ourselves to try again thinking maybe this timeit'll finally be different, we get disappointed again and mad at ourselves for wasting money for such poor quality food andhorrible customer service when we know things are always the same. The pizza in the pic was supposed to have tomatoes, onions,peppers and mushrooms on every slice. It looks like someone took a handful and through it in the middle. And a third of eachslice is crust. I love my crusts, especially in dipping sauce, but when I pay so much money for a pizza, I expect a good pizza.Otherwise I would've just gotten breadsticks. Read more

Who designed... the kitchen so that the garbage can got put next to the cookline handwashing sink, putting the five flies playing over thegarbage close to the food? The roach count was two dead, both near a prep table, and 14 live ones, one of which was by thefront counter and six on walls in the prep area. Maybe that?s not a thinly cut black olive on your pizza. ?Observed oneemployee engaged in food preparation with no hair restraint.? This joint passed re-inspection on Aug. 10. But, a week later, onWednesday...Complaint inspection, six total violations, two High Priority violations. ?Clean utensils or equipment stored indirty container above the three-compartment sink. Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried ? wet nesting.? This time, theflies near a trash can were near the dishwashing area, but also near ?a wheeled cart with canned goods.? Six were there andanother four were in a dry storage area by the back door. As for the roaches, there were four live ones, including one doingthe Spider-Man up a wall above a reach-in cooler and one in dry storage under a shelf with pizza boxes. The dead dominated withone ?on a plastic container used to store pizza dough? in dry storage, two behind the door in dry storage, two by the officedesk; 10 under a shelf with soda bottles and over 20 by the water heater in dry storage. Never order ahead!! Terrible customer service! I made an order ahead of time for the next morning for a baby shower. Received my... email confirmation for the right date and when my sister on law went to pick it up, they told her they did not have an orderunder that name. They checked the order and told her they did not have it. My sister in law had to go to little ceasars to getpizza last minute. When i call after the party for a refund they first said that the order was picked up. When i told them thatit was not picked up they put me on hold and then said that i had placed the order wrong and it was made the day before (whichis when i made the order) and they could not give me a refund.
