No lights at drive through menu, had to drive forward to see, therefore audio communication not good. One item had to be... switched, not what I paid for. Person taking order and person receiving payment not friendly! Food good. Read more
I ordered a whole chicken and a half Chicken. When I arrive I notice the bog is light so I check it on the spot. I open the box... and there are 4 chicken legs. I tell the Cashier My order is wrong I tell him I order 1 and 1/2 chicken however I received 4chicken legs. He tells me with a really bad attitude what do you want me to do about it? I explain I want my order correct. Hetells me that they only have chicken legs because Corporate is only sending them legs. However, I can see the whole chickenafter the whole chicken is cooked on the grill. I ask for the manager who has been standing behind the line. she ignores me Icall again she ignores me. So I pull out my phone and start recording she then quickly springs to action I tell him whathappened she tells me the same thing that corporate has been sending them a lot of chicken legs. I tell him that regardless theyonly had legs the order was wrong because I received only pieces. She refused to give me a whole chicken or any breast eventhough I can see the grill from far and she had whole chicken cooked and cut up. I don't think it's right that if I order 1-1/2whole chicken I be given 6 chicken legs and be told that somehow the reason for this is due to corporate shipping too manychicken legs. I work hard to earn a living and food for my family to be shorted and not given what I paid for. Read more
To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to let you know of the poor service we have been receiving at your PolloTropical location... at 142 av and 8 st SW, we have been your customers for over 10 years in that location and we had never received such badtreatment mainly from the manager, today was enough, I made an order for my 15 and 16 year old sons to pick it up, one of themasked for the cilantro sauce and the manager said no, something that one could order free of charge but he refused, so he wentthrough the outside window to ask another worker and when the manager saw him she said no again as if my son did not have theright as a client who also had a order in his hand, of course my son does not know the laws and did not know that he could askfor a phone number to report poor customer treatment. That is something shameful, grotesque and I did not imagine that thesethings are starting to happen here in the USA. I hope this helps to take some measure because on other occasions my husband wentwith me when picking up the order, also always with a very bad temper and rudeness, but one is an adult and we handle things,but today with my children it was enough. The most rudest manager and customer service I have ever experienced in any foil. I don?t know what they think of life but... apparently they think they?re superior to all the other pollo tropical?.
