I never got a refund from this place when I made a mistake and placed an online order for pick up. When I realized my mistake, I... called within 1 minute after I placed the order to cancel it. The manager doesn?t know how to do the refund. He told me I haveto cancel the order online (which customers cannot do) and he said the Coral Springs location should help me with it (which isalso not true bc they are a different business). No one speaks English at this location and I could not understand most of whatthe manager was trying to tell me on the phone. I wasted hours on the phone trying to get a simple refund back. They had me onhold for 45 minutes, which isn?t smart on their part bc I was clogging up the phone line for potential orders. Read more

Ya not a fan. Tiny expensive shake. To make my order I had to google my add ons and show the girl pictures of them bc she didn?t... understand me. They were dumped on top of my shake at the end.
