Not sure if they were affected by 9/11 but those working on this morning were completely and utterly rude. We walked in and they... didn?t even acknowledge us and we had to ask them to ring us up. Then the girl at cashier had a ?stank? look on her face &didn?t even bother to give good customer service. Then the guys had AirPods so no one could hear customers that had questions.I?ve been here before and had a great experience but these employees left a terrible impression. I?ve been a long time customer of Raw Juce since it opened in Boca in 2013. I typically wouldn?t complain but the Brickell... location really needs help. Customer service isn?t that great and they rush through orders just to get customers out. I alwaysorder the Blue Majik bowl - and this is what they gave me today. I honestly can?t even eat it - I have no idea what it is. It?sincredibly soupy and gross. It?s not what I?m used to receiving - even the presentation of it was a mess. I also reached out tomanagement to see if they could fix the situation and no response- so it?s safe to say that I?ll never be going back. What ashame because I was a loyal customer. Read more
The location is convenient and the staff who works there are all nice, I recommend ordering in advance through the app. However,... It?s very pricey for the size and proportions of a serving (for example, to add protein is 1,5$ and the size of the scoop is sotiny, you can barely taste it on a small smoothie). Read more
