I've been to Snappers so many times but at different locations, this location was actually rude and didn't seem to want to help... me as a customer. I came into the restaurant to pick up an online order that my sister made...I did all and provided anynecessary info that anyone will do when picking up an order. So, I've shown the first female employee an screenshot of the orderthat my sister sent to me to show as proof...and they didn't know what I was talking about so the first female employee calledover the second female employee to confirm the order. And so the second female now looks at the order and then in a bit of ayelled and said "oh, that's a screenshot...we can't help him", and gave me a bit of a nasty look. I told my sister that shewould have to call the restaurant and confirm with them over the phone...so as she is calling multiple times...I hear the phoneringing and no one is bordering to pick it up. So my sister finally comes to the restaurant to ask what is going on with theorder...just for that second female employee to said "oh it's probably been canceled", and I was thinking to myself like...youcould have told me that instead of making me stand here for almost 35mins and not saying anything else to me that entire time.
