My credit card was recently stolen and used at this restaurant. When I saw the security video I noticed that the female who was... using my credit card knew all the employees. After I inquired I found out that she used to work there. When I questioned themabout her I was told that they didn't have any info on her. Totally bogus response.Therefore I honestly hope you don't riskeating at this establishment as you never know what might happen with your credit card info. Read more

Lucky to even get 1 star from me. Only 14 people in the restaurant and the service just wasn't there, with several waitresses on... staff. Ordered the seafood soup had 0 taste had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce. Then my fish sandwich, the bread was overtoasted. Seemed like they used old Cuban bread and toasted it to sell it. The wife ordered a steak sandwich that she couldn'teat, the steak was not tendorized and she had to pull extremely hard with each bite to get the piece in her mouth. All of thefood was flavorless... Just left the restaurant. Was very disappointed since we always go to the one on Quail Roost Drive, but gave the wrong... directions to my kids who were joining me for lunch. We had a very good waitress who remembered all the items ordered. Theproblem was with the palomilla, which was hard as a board. We asked the lady to please take it back and give her a croquetapreparada instead. When the bill came, the steak was on the bill and I asked the lady if it could be taken off and to be chargedfor the croqueta preparada. She said the manager said no because she ate the rice and beans. I said that by the tone thesandwich was prepared we would all have finished eating. She went back and asked snd he told her that he would take it off butthen charge for the rice, beans and sandwich and it would be more money. He didn?t even have the decency to come out and tell ushimself. I told the girl that it was nothing she did, she got an extra tip besides the 15 percent they include but that I wouldnever go back there again.
