I love the steak quesadilla !! Legit one of my favorite places to come for quesadillas and they also accept dogs very friendly !
Incredible dining experience!! Highly recommend Taco Way in every aspect from a cozy fun ambiance to delicious food with a... welcoming kind staff. William our server was exceptional. Food - The good: Visited for brunch with a couple of friends and I must say all 4 dishes (and appetizers) were delicious. Good... flavor, good portions, freshly served. Service - The experience: I'll be fair and say the service by our waiter was good (ladynamed Camila), considering her, along with another gentleman were the only "two" waiters working the restaurant (inside and out)during brunch hours. Anyone who goes to a restaurant for brunch (not to mention Coconut Grove) knows two waiters will not cutit. Beverages - The disappointment: Upon taking a look at the menu, we noticed they had a "Brunch for 2" special for $60printed on the menu, which consisted of bottomless mimosas, one appetizer and 2 entrées; however, we were told "that is nolonger available" (I'll say it again. It is printed on their menu). As an alternative, we were offered bottomless mimosas for$15 per person to which we agreed to and decided to go for it (all four in our party). After 8 rounds of mimosas, we were servedplain orange juice and we asked to have prosecco with the OJ and we were told "the manager doesn't like to serve more whencustomers drink too many", yet they took the glasses and brought them back properly served... After 10 rounds, we had allfinished our meals. At this point it became a regular chat over brunch sipping mimosas away only until we were told there was nomore "orange juice", we asked to speak to the manager and while he did not come to our table, surprisingly enough, another roundof mimosas "with orange juice" made it to our table. After that "last round" out table was basically avoided and we got thepoint. Paid our tab and called it a day. Moral of the story and word of advice for the restaurant's management team, thecustomers do not put a price on your menu items, you do! We came to the Grove to hit the farmers market, after the farmers market we walked around exploring. It?s been a while and so... much has changed. We stumbled upon Taco Way and even though we had eaten already we thought it was too cool not to stop in. Westopped in to a very empty restaurant, the staff was super friendly.
