I'm a meat eater but Diya made me a believer. If you took me here and did not tell me it's a vegan restaurant, I wouldn't be... able to tell the difference because everything I tried was prepared very well. We started with Papadum, BBQ Burnt Ends LettuceWraps, and Dumplings made with soy carne. Everything was impressive. Just the presentation blew me away and everything tasted sogood. We also had a couple of drinks called Kashmiri Nibu made with bourbon and Diya's Gin & Tonic. Wow. These were absolutelyheavenly. Crafted with care. After the 1st course, we tried the Gobi Manchurian (crispy cauliflower), Eggplant Bharta, PalakPaneer, Garlic Naan, and Cheeseburger Dosa. Again, the presentation was stunning. Everything was made with love. The Dosa wasdefinitely my favorite. I've never seen or tasted anything like it. As for the finale, we were enticed by 3 desserts. Tiramisu,Guava Cheesecake, and Mango Cheesecake. OMG. All 3 were to die for. I had to ask myself, are these really vegan? I wish veggieswere prepared this way when I was growing up cause I would eat these vegan dishes every day. If you're looking for somethingbeyond the typical Asian or steakhouse and not afraid to try something new, this place is a must. Gorgeous restaurant, highquality vegan cuisine and the service is outstanding. Read more
Excellent vegetarian food rightly tagged as “traditionally modern vegetarian Indian cuisine”. Linger Lemonade with jaggery... was awesome to start with. Freshly made samosas, spicy South Indian special Masala dosa, coconut chutney and the Sam Har wasvery authentic! Bhaingan Bertha ( egg plant curry) was served in a unique way with the curry placed on top of an Italianeggplant cut in to half! Garlic nan was definitely not an authentic Indian nan and it tasted like flat bread garnished withfresh garlic. Overall the quality of the food was good for the price we have paid and service was very professional! Will comeback again to taste their desert selections ???? Read more
Diya Miami is truly amazing! I’m not even a vegetarian but this is the best vegan food ever. Chef Vidya and her team go above... and beyond. Their food is absolutely delicious as well as their cocktails. One of my favorite restaurants of all time! Will be aregular! Read more
The place is lovely. All the dishes are vegan ( yes, that's a good news). The food was quite innovative, yet tasty. On a safe... side - no strong flavors in any of the dishes, even lovers of simple flavours will be pleased. The only downside was the chefunwilling to alter any of the dishes, simple things such tofu instead of vegan mozarella, or no onions on the top of thedish. We have over-ordered, as the portions are massive, really really big. Otherwise lovely place, plenty of vegan and GFoptions. Not too greasy ( apart from the kale). Nice alternative to heavy, same old indian joints, just wish the chef was moreflexible. Read more

PHENOMENAL. I chose to order a bunch of appetizers and dessert instead of getting an entree, and I was in heaven. Tried 6 dishes... and everything was wonderful. Sweet, attentive staff, I'll absolutely be back Read more
