I love love love and can’t say enough how much I love this place. First of all ALL STAFF is amazing. Every time I came I was... greeted by manager and every other staff member who passed by the table. They are super attentive and always make sure thatthere is enough water on the table or if you drink is empty, yet are not pushy when you are not in the mood for another.Everything on the menu is made to order, fresh and delicious. Pasta is always cooked to perfection. My favorite one is spaghettifrutti de mare and they are always kind to switch tomato sauce for Alfredo sauce, which is to die for. For appetizer few times Ireally enjoyed pizza proscioutto and what kind of Dinner would be in Italian restaurant if one wouldn’t have tiramisu fordessert. Their tiramisu deserves more than one sentence . Super creamy and moist with perfect aroma de espresso with thicklayer of cream made from mascarpone cheese not sour cream cheese, topped with cocoa, OMG it’s a must. They have greatselection wines. Overall, if you love Italian food this is a must and if you don’t like it this is a must as well, becausethis will become your #1 Italian food restaurant . I live in Miami Beach for 9 years and never had Italian up until I wasIntroduced to this amazing places few months ago . I dont like the south beach crowd, I dont like the south beach vibe. But this place is nothing like it. It is a great place,... great setting, subtle but not boring, it is an adult place. The formula is perfect, service is attentive, cool and the foodis very good and is delicious. The thing about this place for me, it's that nothing is over the top. There's no need to. Theplace and the people that run it are the perfect combination that makes this place the gem that it is. Definitely to be on mylist of regular places to dine. But please let's keep it a secret.
