10/14/2022 You just said 'no english' on the phone, and then just hung up. What's wrong with you? Worst service I've ever... experienced in America. I tried to get sandwich to go, so I didn't pay for tip, but the female staff got mad at me. After that,when receiving food, the attitude of the female staff was literally rude. NO sure what has happened with this location, I have visited multiple times for years, but today the Server at the counter was... more focused on her mopping that any else. I told her 2 sandwiches, egg, bacon, and cheese, but she walked away and continue hermopping, then minutes later she asks If I was done looking at the menu board. I told her before you left, I was telling you myorder, but you walked away. Then she responded I was giving you time, we were just back and forward like I was bothering herduring her cleaning duties, bcs of the vibe I took my food, waited 20 mins. but coño $9 for a sandwich I understand inflationand the economy is expensive this was a SAD sandwich, then she serves my coffee, but dont say anything just left it at thecounter and walks away, also asked for extra sugar she's just pointed a box. Came to Miami from Philadelphia. All of the services and restaurants I went to were great but this bakery was one of the worse... I?ve ever been. The food is ok but not great and the Cuban guy working at the front was extremely rude and could not even saythank you. I try talking in Spanish to see if he would be nicer but he continued to be rude in Spanish and English. Overall foodis not worth it and their customer service one of the worse I?ve experience. Very bad service, I made the mistake of ordering online to the wrong place and immediately called them back to cancel. The lady... who responded told me that if I want to cancel I should call Postmates. Which I did. Postmates tried to call the merchant tocancel but received no response. I would eventually have to pay for the food that I would never be able to pick up because thebakery proceeded to make my order, even though I told them I want to cancel and would not be able to pick it up.
