I didn’t know how to review this restaurant, but I’ll be fair because I did had an amazing experience . First of all in the... morning this place is a regular hotel breakfast restaurant with ok food nothing special, but at dinner, probably a differentchef, it becomes to a great restaurant with a testing menu and wow factor experience !we loved every dish .and we had a feelingthat it’s a secret gem , this place deserves to be full every night . Call me crazy, but I will write a review about a sandwich at this restaurant: Not a big fan of sandwiches! My wife chose this... turkey bad boy. The sandwich was a wonderful experience! It has amazing juxtaposition between the turkey and the cheese and thenthe sautéed onions that they have on there. They also use a very wonderful daily aioli sauce . The ideas are there but the execution is a total miss. I had what was supposed to be a burratina, but it was essentially just a... block of mozzarella with a drizzle of olive oil. My main course was lemon pepper chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken wasovercooked and under seasoned. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were just boiled and blended with nothing else. I just ate there for lunch while having a spa day. The food was average at best and the service was at first acceptable.... However, when my check came I noticed I had been charged three times for a club soda out of the fountain, not individualbottles. I asked the waiter why there was this mistake and he replied that they charge for each club soda. Club soda out of thefountain is essentially water so I was less than happy that they had not informed me they would be charging me $5 for each small5 ounce glass they serve me. The waiter did not seem to care at all. When I mentioned this to management the floor supervisornearly laughed at me and then said we don't have to tell you that we're going to charge you for each refill, it's not thelaw. Well that is certainly true, I find this type of business practice to be dishonest and predatory and hope that the $10they made additionally is worth all of my future business as a local in Miami who plans to frequent the spa.
