My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay here. They definitely understand how to provide hospitality. Everyone was friendly,... helpful and very responsive. We had a balcony room which is in a separate building on Ocean Drive. While Ocean Drive can bedescribed as ?jubilant? or ?boisterous? it was actually pretty quiet in the room (though they do thoughtfully provide ear plugson the nightstand.) The rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The temperature control was responsive and the systemwas very quiet. My only complaint about the room is that the blackout curtains on the windows didn?t work well. We also reallyenjoyed the rooftop pool. Plenty of chairs available and they even have a few cabanas. We had a wonderful experience at The Tony Hotel South Beach. We have been staying here when in Miami/South Beach for over 15... years. From the front desk staff, Carine our server in the restaurant, the pool staff, Housekeeping, David - Director ofOperations and my good friend David - Concierge who remembers me every time I walk through the door and I feel like I?m homeaway from home. The Art Deco throughout the building is very unique and the rooftop pool is amazing. There are cabanas, arooftop bar, and you can have breakfast or lunch poolside. If you?re looking for a great hotel in South Beach for vacation, ora pre or post hotel before or after a cruise, The Tony Hotel South Beach is a great choice. Read more

Really good place to stay in Miami. The sun rise from the rooftop are Staining. The location is perfect it?s a few steps to the... beach and in the center of everything you need. The rooms are basic and have everything that you need, But if you?re lookingfor something more bougie it?s not it?s really basic. The staff is very friendly and nice especially at the reception. Therestaurant at the first floor it?s very basic and the service a little bit slow. so don?t expect much and you don?t bedisappointed .if you really want to enjoy a good breakfast or a good dinner go and eat outside. I had such a great stay here that I had to leave a review. The rooms have air conditioning but no thermostat controls. It was a... little warm for my taste, even in late October, but manageable. The entire hotel is very clean. What really sets it apart,though, is the wonderful staff. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. (Special shout out to Luis!) Rooftop pool is a nicerefuge if you need a moment away from crowds. Location is ideal and a short walk from many hot spots. Will absolutely try tobook here again when I return to Miami. Read more

The staff were amazing. Going out of their way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. I would like to mention especially... Antony the food an beverage manager who personally spoke to us every time he saw us and took the time to ask about our trip.When he found out we were on honeymoon (as we waited in the bar for our room to be ready after check in) he had a bottle ofchampagne and two delicious chocolate desserts waiting in our room with a hand written note. This is the kind of treatment thatmakes a special stay spectacular. The concierge was also excellent and was able to give us great information about what to dowhere to go and how to get there. I can?t recommend this hotel enough. Have a wonderful stay and tell your friends. PS ask aboutthe history of the building. It was recently renamed in honour of a great man who may be the key reason south beach hasmaintained its 30?s aesthetic.
