Visited this cute lil Tapas restaurant with great ambiance and service. Food is delicious we started with the manchego,... cantimpalo and Serrano board the Serrano and cantimpalo were fresh and tasty and the Manchego was nice and a mix of creamy andcrisp...the French mini rolls were warm and tasty.....I had the Montadito and the whole dish was extremely good and the pork onits own was tastylicious....the fresh salad had a nice touch olives I love olives.....my spouse had the Solomillo the meat wasbuttery soft and delicious with the Bleucheese sauce a perfect pairing....can wait to go back and taste the Paella..... Unforgettable night! I took my girlfriend(significant other) for her to try tapas at Pimentón Spanish Restaurant. The service... was awesome, the food was amazing and the decor was very original. I felt like I was back in Spain with family celebrating lifeor in a family fiesta. I loved everything about the restaurant and would definitely return. We had reservations and wereseated right away. We were shortly greeted individually and made to feel welcomed by the owners, Roberto & Veruska. The waiterwas very helpful, courteous & attentive even with a full restaurant last Saturday night. He brought us delicious bread almostas soon as we sat down. I ordered a glass of Sangria and it tasted like the one my father used to make with plenty of fruit anda generous portion. The food/tapas was authentic and delicious! My girlfriend was made to feel at home and loved the food aswell. I loved the way the restaurant was designed with the decorations. It looked like the restaurants in Spain and the priceswere very reasonable/affordable. I absolutely loved the entire experience: excellent service, amazing food and awesomeambience.
