I had lunch yesterday at Giardino in Miami Lakes. It is nestled in a very busy and filled with many lunch outlet, but the... choices and combination make this place a very solid lunch destination. The menu is designed in a way that offers so manycombination of your choice, basically Mediterranean influence, such as sun dried tomatoes, olive , pesto pita chips and variousothers well season ingredient that you can combine.I choose to make my own and for 10.00 dollars you have a filled bowl ofarugula, kale ,baby spinach, sundried tomates, red cabbage, pesto dressing and pita chips with herbs. I decided to not includeprotein and stay with my plan but I could of included some very good and tasty chicken breast grilled and diced. Overall , youcan eat well without having to spend a fortune and fill satisfied until diner. It is comforting and give me hope to know thatplaces like Giardino have kept a standard of quality, it seems that they always improve when ever they can, I have been goingthere for a few years and have seen the constant strive for excellence, bravo keep it up. I really enjoyed my Big Fat Greek Salad. This is my first time here and this location is conveniently located for me. I find a... lot of places that I try for dinner these days are slow. This place was mostly empty. But.. Great food ???? Food good but literally the kid asked if wanted protein and she saod chicken standing right there, get back to the room no... chicken on salad, but paid for it. Also got two soups get back only one in the bag. We were the only other people beside guyinfront of us got chicken ceaser salad no croutons no bacon xtra cheese. There was three of them, also left few bucks for tipand they couldn't even get it right. Guess it is a good thing were out of town. Wrap was good, salad a lot of lettuce hardlyany toppings and no chicken that we paid for , good quality of food but small toppings portions,and poor service. Read more
