If you are lactose intolerant, don't even bother trying to order, they don't know what that means. The service is terrible, and... there is a 25 minute wait on an order made at 2:00 PM. I called to place and order and the lady interrupted me 2 times to attendto a question or whatever was going on at that moment. Then she completely forgets that I am waiting on the line for 10+ minutesand hangs up the phone. I called back to let her know" Hello, I'm a customer placing a phone order or did you forget and hangup the phone?' Terrible phone service and I will never go there again. The staff is way too distracted and not paying attention.The food may be great and all, but the service is the worst. I felt like I was bothering the lady taking my order. The worst ofthe worst!
