Food had good flavor, nice combo of protein; 1 lobster tail split, shrimp, clams, muscles. Seafood was overcooked for my taste.... Lobster was dry and chewy. Rice was good and and there is alot. The dish we got was for 2 people. It's baked in a cast iron dishand they plate it at the table. Nice plating display. Takes about 35 minutes to prepare so they encourage appetizers. We had theoctopus while we waited. Octopus also overcooked but garlic flavor was great. Bread was perfect. Noone there during the day wewere the only ones. Menu is in English and Spanish. A little pricey and they automatically include 18% gratuity on all tickets. They stand at the table waiting for you to sign your ticket; that bothers me. Read more

If you're looking for the perfect outing for couples or groups, with entertainment and DELICIOUS food -- this is the... place!!! Today, my boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary. We made reservations at Paco's Way - eager to try theirdelicious paella after seeing so many awesome posts on their Instagram. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! We ordered thePaella Mar y Tierra, freshly made with lots of seafood, chicken, and pork sausage. When brought out, the server plates thepaella for you - perfect portions for two! We also ordered a side of the plantanos maduros, the perfect sweet bite to pair withthe savory paella. Since we came on a Tuesday evening, it was very quiet and there was no entertainment. However, this made forthe perfect, cozy and intimate experience for our anniversary. We'll definitely be back soon for the full experience - and formore paella!! A big thank you to all of the staff for being very sweet and helpful. :) Read more
