Waited close to 2 hours to find out they delivered our order to the wrong address, they insisted it was delivered to our door... despite me checking every 60 seconds and it NOT being a contactless delivery. I ordered a extra large pizza on January 30 and they said it would take 55 minutes to get to my house which I know they were... busy the pizza never arrived until an hour and a half which was understandable, but the pizza was cold The cheese was not evenmelted it was cold I had to put pizza slices in the microwave to heat them up.
