Ordered a Large Americano, which if you're wondering is espresso shots and hot water. That's important to this review because... apparently the staff thought it'd be funny to warm up a large milk in a coffee cup and give it to me. Unfortunately I alreadygot to work and didn't have time to go back and wait in line for another 20 minutes to replace my coffee. The employees are disrespectful and rude. While I waited in line they told me to pull ahead because they were being timed even... though no one was behind me. And then they proceeded to goof around, dropped a donut hole on the ground and put it back in thecase! The management was incompetent and just laughed. I was so disgusted. Read more
