This was my baconator sandwich. This is the quality we can expect from Wendy's. Called the manager, who was rude and hung up... on me. What a shame. Do yourself the favor and go across the street for Arby's, or over to McDonald's. Do not waste yourmoney or time here at Wendy's Miamisburg. Read more
I can see that the kitchen is filthy. I would have never let my crew leave equipment this unclean. The lobby is equally dirty... and i dont just mean daily use its filthy its clear its been a long time since a detailed cleaning. The manager was arguing witha customer and making excuses instead of just opologizing for taking to long. I habe been waiting 15 and still no food ordrinks. Read more
Worst Wendy's around. Never staffed! They claim 'staffing shortage', but I've not experienced this at all at McDonald's & Taco... Bell within the same block. Clearly a district management issue at this Wendy's. Just waited 20 mins in line at 9:20 to noticethat the only movement were cars leaving. Drive around & there were no cars past where you order. Drove on around to see oneguy in there. I don't even think they were taking orders, but didn't turn out lights or put a sign up. Read more
I was pretty upset. Ordered a Jr Bacon cheeseburger, asked for no tomato. Got the burger and noticed it felt extremely light.... Well that's because there was no burger, no bacon and only a huge glob of mayo and a tomato between the buns. This place isforever messing up an order and will argue with you about how it's not their fault. Considering they're the ones making thefood, it most certainly is their fault.
