We have Domino's from time to time while on vacation and they never seem to disappoint. Affordably priced food with a vast menu... that covers all ranges of pallet. We ordered a pan crust pizza made to our liking, the garlic bread bites, and the bonelessBuffalo chicken bites amd they were all delicious. Again, a good meal made quickly and we can generally find one in every cityor town we choose to visit. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza. Took over 2 and a half hours for my pizza to get... delivered. Called them after the first 2 hours and they never even put my pizza in the oven, lady on the phone seemed to simplynot care at all. I am completely dissatisfied with my Domino's experience. This is how they cut the pizza and give it to the customer. Garbage service and staff.
I was told to call the store and let them know I needed my 2 liter refunded to my account upon doing so I had a employee answer... the phone and leave it on the counter where I then heard the employees say don't answer that let it ring now mind you I wasrecording my call so I also listened to that phone ring for 16 minutes before someone finally answered it upon gettingfrustrated with listening to dominos talk for 30 minutes while my call lay on the counter I got fed up and drove to the locationupon enter the location I informed the employees I had a simple issue that could be resolved and now I'm ticked because I'd nowbeen on the phone for 40 minutes listening to them ignore customers! when I presented this information along with the phonenumber I was told that's not us it this dominos down the street they didn't know I was also recording the interaction I had withthem as my phone records the mic communication too so I drove to the other dominos and asked if they delivered to my addresstonight and they showed me their receipts they weren't even the same! upon wasting my gas mind you I still had my phone in callwith the phone they left on the counter for me to hear at the other store! upon al this info I was give a number to call andwhen I called and tried to verify the person I was talking to I was thusly hung up on. I wished the other employees at the wrongdominos a good night and went back to the first dominos where my delivery driver was making a pizza who also said she was themanager for the night! when I told her the issues I had that ticked me off she gave me a look and giggled then asked if I justwanted to grab the 2 liter they had told me they didn't have. one of the employees had also stated that they didn't have ppl toanswer the phone but if they was the case why do I have a recording of them answering the phone after letting it ring for 15minutes and of a male employee saying don't answer that let it ring?
