I haven't been to Rally's in about 4 years because it's always slow and everything is always completely wrong. Thought I'd try... again tonight hoping it would be better.... I asked for a double burger with nothing but the patties and cheese. It hadEVERYTHING in abundance. I also got a chili dog and it is very obvious the chili had been left in a pot, dried completely outand they added ketchup to try and moisten it up. The bun is hard, the hotdog is completely dried out. We won't be going back. Ihope someone decides to take some pride in their business and make some changes. Read more

So when me and my family went to this so called customer service establishment we were told well over a 1/2 hour before closing... that we can only get burgers and fries whereas where I work it doesn't matter if it's one minute before closing you have to makewhatever is ordered it does not matter and then the sub par employee did not get our order complete he didn't even add a combowe ordered which he himself asked us what drink and everything and still made us pay for it, he should have given it to us sincehe did not perform his job requirements properly. And when we tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill which is LEGAL US CURRENCY heproceeded to tell us he couldn't take it with ZERO explanation as to why. So not only could we not order everything we wantedthey wouldn't take our legal money. I feel like the better buisness bureau needs to be notified about the serious wrongdoings ofthis so called professional buisness. Obviously they are jot professional nor do they care about their customers and providingTRUE customer service. I hope the person working the window and headset on October 7th, 2022 between the hours of 12 and 1 a.m.is fired. He doesn't do his job right at all. ALSO when we got home and looked at our food the WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! And Ibelieve they did it on purpose because they didn't like how dissatisfied I was. Well I'm sorry if you can't take criticism anduse it to do your job BETTER. Obviously this place and the owner does not care about the service received by the customer. Ihope they go out of buisness because this town doesn't need more sub par businesses bringing it down. I truly hope the ownersees this and makes it right. I should have just gone to McDonald's.
