Worst experience I?ve ever had in customer service. Messed up our order in multiple ways. We waited 30 mins for one meal. They... told us that the order wasn?t in their system and they couldn?t find it after we sat there and waited 30 mins. They were allstanding in a circle talking through their head sets, staring and laughing at us so obviously. Extremely uncomfortableexperience. Wouldn?t recommend going there ever. Not very personable at all, and very rude. They need to train their new staffbetter aswell. Read more

While going through the drive through I was waiting quite awhile but they were busy which was to be expected. To the blonde... haired girl who helped give me my food she was amazing very polite, kind , and seemed like she had really great customer serviceskill, the other girl with the red in her hair not so much , she took my payment and then when I said I had not received my foodonly drinks she glared at me , then continued to glare at me while I waited.. also did not say a word to me when I pulled up norwhen I pulled away.
