The Middleburg, Florida restaurant is the worst. I ordered online and this is the second time they have gotten my order wrong.... Thank goodness i checked my order before i left. It took them over 20 minutes to fix my order. I would not recommend. Read more
When entering this play it was very nice and the staff was very nice although I could tell they were tired they were very sweet... and nice and I got my smoothies super quick! While the other times, I?ve came they were not so friendly and it took a while toget my smoothie this time I think they really improved because my smoothie came out super quick and they were a lot friendlier Iwill definitely be coming back and hoping for a good experience like this one!! I have worked at tropical smoothie. Worked there for three months. Yes not very long. But long enough to realize and understand... that the manager. Does not really care about there workers. I don?t know if she?s the manager or just an employee who?s been at the location for a while but the older brunette lady with... tattoos on her arms who normally makes the food most of the time is incredibly rude. Every single time I come into the cafe shehas an attitude towards other employees and customers. She?ll just run into you without apologizing and give dirty looks whensimple questions are asked.
