Nestled on the main drag in Middleburg, VA is this delightful quaint coffee shop. The Middleburg Common Grounds has great coffee... and lots of outside seating to enjoy your hot or iced Joe while soaking up the morning sun. It?s also very dog friendly withwater bowls and treats for your furry friends. The staff is super helpful and nice. The breakfast dishes are tasty but small andleave you wanting a little bit more. I was visiting from out of town and was really disappointed in what I ordered... I ordered the chicken salad (as a salad) and in... my opinion this should be removed from the menu. I can't imagine it being good as a sandwich either. Having a mixture of chickenand raisins dumped on top of lettuce with 3 slices of cucumber, 3 grape tomatoes, and balsamic dressing, is not tastey. Love this place! They have the best coffee smoothies and excellent baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. They usually have... seating both indoors and out. It's a really warm and cute building with local art for sale. We go at least twice a week. Read more
