UPDATED: So 5 months ago I had a bad experience with them and they replied to my review that the would contact the store and... follow up. A few days later I received a very generous gift card for Antonio's so I decided to give them another try. I havebeen back a few times since that initial bad experience and have had nothing but excellent experiences. I wanted up update myreview to accurately reflect my most recent interactions with this location, must have been staffing issues but everything hasbeen perfect the past few times I have been there. I definitely can say I recommend them! So I will start by saying this reviewis specifically for the service at the location, not the food because the food was good. I placed an order for delivery at 2:07on a Sunday, paid and they said it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes because of staffing and what not which I totallyunderstand. I look at the clock at 3:55 (almost 2 hours after I ordered) and decided I should call to check in, I give them myphone number and they say there is not order which is not possible because I was already charged, I get put on hold and someoneelse tells me there is no order. After another hold the manager gets o and tells me I didn?t place the order until 3:08 which Itold him was incorrect because I saw the charge come through on my card at 2:08, he then tells me it?s on its way and there?snothing he can do. The food FINALLY arrived at 4:40 and when I looked at the receipt attached to the bag it said 2:07. Sosomething was obviously messed up because it too over 2.5 hours to get our food. Honestly I could have forgiven that but theyway the manager made me question the time I placed the order and very obviously lied about the order time rather than tellingthe truth and apologizing for the mix up is disappointing to say the least. I?ve never had a bad experience in the Parma location and decided to give this one a try. They said it would take 60 minutes. I... called an hr and a half later and they told me: the driver is on their way they should arrive shortly. It took 2 hrs!!! Then myorder was wrong and crust was not fully cooked. Food was amazing! Ordered for delivery and was still hot like it just came out the oven. I had a small pizza customized with... garlic butter, onions and ranch sauce? SO GOOD. Also ordered an antipasto salad and was very happy that all the ingredients werecut up nice and small for salads instead of huge pieces. Also, pizza is not super greasy like most pizza places!! He picked ot up and set it back onto the oven, and seconds later another employee used it to pull another pizza out ofthe oven without cleaning the pan first or getting a clean pizza pan.
