Waited in the drive-thru(tried to go inside but had signs on the door you had to go through the drive thru) for over 25 minutes... to be told that they never got my order! It was for 2 dozen donuts! I stopped here at 8:30 tonight because I checked the Krispy Kreme app and it said the hot light was on now at this location. So... I drove all the way there because I really wanted some hot donuts and I saw the hot light was supposed to be on now. I pulled upto the drive-through and when I asked for a dozen hot donuts the girl told me we actually don?t have hot donuts right now so Iasked her oh OK do you know how long ago the glazed donuts were made and she told me that she didn?t know and she couldn?t tellme so I left.
