This is for the gluten free readers out there, I’m only reviewing the gf pizza. I went here with a friend for dinner and we... both ordered flatbreads. A small pizza ranges from $9-15, a basic one around $12. The gluten free crust is an additional $6 -essentially making it 50% more expensive. I did my research and they don’t upcharge on the crusts - that’s how much theyactually cost to buy from the supplier - but I just don’t think the crust was worth the price. It wasn’t all that differentfrom other gluten free crusts I’ve eaten - and I’ve had a lot of them! Not only that, they originally made my pizza on anormal crust, and it was only when I was about to start eating that the server noticed that it wasn’t gluten free. I got thepepperoni and peppers which was poorly cheesed and sauced, with pretty raw peppers and onions. All in all, it just didn’ttaste that amazing. Plus, at the end of the day I paid $21 for it + tax and tip (~$27-28). Like I said, this is only for theirGF flatbreads, my friend’s normal pizza looked great. At the end of the day, if you’re GF, you eat what you can get whenyou go out. This place is no different. Read more

I never thought I'd have to give a review about bald-faced discrimination here in Vermont yet here it is: For months in the past... two years this establishment would not allow an entire segment of the general population to enter their restaurant, based ontheir medical needs and choices. Despite there being zero sound evidence that such a policy of discriminating against those whodidn't get the new injections would help keep anyone safe, Flatbread chose to adopt this approach. Now, as the world knows thatthe injections did not only NOT stop the spread, they were not even tested as to their ability to do so, it is time forFlatbread to apologize to those in the community they discriminated against. This isn't about retribution - I should give abusiness 1 star for discriminating against people but I am not. I am giving them a nudge - as I did in person recently - to makeamends, reconcile and be accountable to an unsound, unfair and marginalizing policy based on false pretenses and zero science. An excuse that "we were just following recommendations" is inadequate. It was a free choice to engage in such discriminationand we the community want an apology so that it does not happen again. We look forward to your response. If we do not receive anadequate one we will apply more public and in-person pressure. Thanks, Ben Read more

Crazy good pizza. The best ingredients prepared in a wood fired oven. Reminded me of Napoli the taste and smells. Very... enjoyable. Read more

First off, the hosts were super warm and welcoming. Walked in on a Wednesday around 545p and it was POPPIN. Had no idea the... caliber of pizza restaurant it was. It definitely lived up to its popularity. Despite their busy-ness, the lovely hostess helpedme order a pie. I simply wanted a pepperoni pie (the menu can be a bit overwhelming). The pizza came out hot and quite perfect. The small 'medroni' had a thin, crunchy, chewy, yet light crust with great char (I didn't even need to ask for it well done). The cheese, sauce, and ronis were top notch. Sauce, perfect tomato-ness and not too sweet. The pepperoni, slight crisp. Thepizza had a lovely umani, full flavor to it. As a NY-er I usually put garlic powder, chili flake, black pepper, and a touch oforegano on my pizza. On this pizza, NOTHING additional was needed... We had it to-go and sat outside in their front seats. Triedthe grass, but ants galore... I ate the entire pie - I'll DEF be back. Read more
