After waiting 15 to 20 minutes in my car to place my order l find out your out of what I was going to order I wound up with just... a sandwich. So I went to Burger King for the rest of my order which I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get the rest of myfood. So I finally get home were now everything thing is cold. I like the food but the service here is god awful. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat for a solid 3 minutes before I decided... to say "hello" to make sure they knew I was there. An extremely rude lady replied "you're going to have to wait, I'll be withyou in a minute". Excuse me? I sat there for 3 minutes and you said nothing. The staff there are so rude. The last 3 times I have went there the woman taking my order would interrupt me while I was trying... to order, literally asking me the exact question I was answering. Today I politely asked if they still had the orange creamcicleshakes. Her reply was to the effect of: If you look at the menu it is still on there, well, I looked all over their menu boardand did not see it. I apologized, said I didn't see it and was telling her I would like one, and again the sarcasm was palpable,she said ... If you look on the menu it's right there. ... There was no picture of an orange shake to be seen. The make you feelthat you are a burden to them and like I said... Rude. Their food is not very good either.
