The new menu sounds cool and all, but then you order your sandwich and you can?t add anything. Which I guess is fine, that?s not... that big of a deal, but you can?t remove anything either. That?s kinda annoying, and I wasn?t told until she had already startedmaking the sandwich so I didn?t want her to restart so I picked it off once I got home. Also, every time I have been in thissubway, the workers are in a bad mood. Borderline almost rude, I get they probably just don?t like their jobs, but the rudetones they always have and mad faces they always have makes me not want to go in there. The bread wasn't fresh as advertised...the lettuce was brown and when I asked for fresh crisp lettuce the server shrugged her... shoulders and mumbled something and oh yeah there were several flies blowing the uncovered meats and veggies! Totallydisgusting! Read more
I hope the workers get retrained. They are slow and for that reason I said nothing when the lady chose my cheese for me and... shorted me on the meat serving. They were very sloppy about making both my wrap and meatball sub. And the tomatoes tasted likethey had been mixed with some kind of dressing. But what else should I expect from Middlesboro????
