I?ve always been coming here since the first time they?ve opened & I think ever since the new owners everything has went... downhill. I am very disappointed with the service I received this past Saturday evening 3 employees working, no help for theirboss & I still waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks & an ice cream. I understand prices have gone up for many things but an ice creamfor almost $10 now is crazy & bubble tea for almost the same price is outrageous and there?s not even much boba in it like othersmall businesses I?ve been to. I?ve been here a couple times and the experience was pretty good. But recently we came just a little after opening time and it... was not up to par with the other times. They weren?t as generous with the tapioca serving in the boba and it was oddlybutchered. Soft on the outside and hard on the inside. Wait is usually long and I find it a little expensive but my son loves the Ice cream and the fruit teas are great EDIT: Replying... to the reply... I get that, but you don't have to come on so strong, makes it's seems like something isn't right. I left a 4star review not a 2 star. I could have also said it's loud in there and half the time when I'm in the nail salon next door Ican't even hear myself think because the employees have the music so loud. The ice cream was excellent. Everyone liked watching the process of how it's made. There was a large party Infront of us so it... did take almost 30 minutes for us to get our dessert. The employees are friendly but I bit overworked. The 2 of them worked veryhard to take care of all the orders. Read more
