I frequently visit this DD almost daily & today was the WORST experience ever. The girl with the nose ring & red hair was... extremely rude. Snatched money as soon as I pulled up & threw my change and balled up all my napkins in a ball. Proceeded tobash another employee for moving to slow while she was at the window during this time. When I asked for new napkins she threwthem down and yelled at another employee to get me new napkins because she ?didnt have time to deal with us?. Not sure if shewas having a bad day but this kind of blatant disrespect is not acceptable. I will be back to address this concern with themanager in person tomorrow @9AM as I was told the manager is only there from 9-12.
