We arrived shortly before closing, coming in from out of town, and received such a warm welcome and willingness from the owners... to share their beautiful space and delicious meads and lovely conversation. It might be a hike for most in the DMV, but this meadry has a vast selection and friendly knowledgeable staff who walk you... through a tasting. You won't be disappointed and you will be walking away with at least one bottle or coming back for more. Thisis a great place for those unfamiliar with meads or don't like sweet items. Read more

I have IBS and had just recently went to try some mead and sparkling mead/wine. And one of the workers had commented me using... the bathroom as ?why don?t you just move in? which is something I really don?t appreciate because I have struggled with my IBSas long as I can remember and it makes life and experiences like these so much harder. I really wish they would have worriedabout other things than me just using the restroom when I needed to . It is something I can?t help and wish I could and was everupset and disappointed about the comments they made about me as a customer. Read more
