Bill padding. I visited this location at 4 pm on a Thursday. There are no wait staff, so my children and I were seated in the... bar area. The bartender was very kind and attentive, so why only one star? It is about the bill, and yes, I could have spokento a manager, but I didn't observe one, which was strange because there only appeared to be two seated tables, ours being one. When I placed my order for two kids' meals, I was asked about drinks, and apple juice was an option. I ordered three with thetwo kids' meals, expecting to pay for one. When I paid, the bill showed the kids' meals with no drink written as part of thedescription, and I was charged for three additional kids' drinks. It wasn't much, but it demonstrates a dishonest practice. There are many places to eat in the area, and I will choose elsewhere, like apparently so many others. Someday, when someoneasks what happened to Applebees, it won't be one big thing; it will be lots of little things. One big hole can sink a ship, butso can a thousand small ones. Read more
I don?t know where everyone is meeting such great staff. My friends and I decided to go out to eat for one of our birthdays and... from the moment we walked into the restaurant (if you could even call it that) the hostess was extremely rude. She told ourparty that it would take an hour for us to be seated and when we said we were okay with that she sent her boss over to us totell us that we had to split up because they were not serving big parties. Mind you 10 minutes ago they sat a party just as bigas ours.I really do love Applebees and it was very sad that we were treated with such disrespect. I will never be coming backhere again. The servers on the other hand were phenomenal and treated us how people should be treated. The workers besides theservers need to learn hospitality. Read more
Stopped in very late ordered dinner and dessert. Server Vinny was very good and we never felt rushed.
Sport Bar/Restaurant good food with a couple of healthy choices. Such as the oriental salad and pink lemonade easy on the... sugar. No waiting period eventhough it was a Friday night. Read more
