I think this is one of those underrated place - great food but poorly advertised. I was shocked to see a very diverse menu (in... addition to ramen and sushi). I ordered steak hibachi and was shocked by how good the quality was!!! The steak was very tender, fried rice well flavored but not salty, stir-fried veggies were just right -not over or under cooked. The quality reminded methe hibachi I had at the Galleria Mall. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend this place! Will be there againsoon. Read more

I’ve picked up a lot of DoorDash orders and work across the street from this place. I finally decided I wanted to try... something new tonight and was a bit disappointed. I got the hibachi chicken which was more like teriyaki chicken and was verysaucy. They yum yum sauce was white and definitely missing some ingredients but it went well with the sauce on the chicken. Thechicken wings I feel I completely wasted money on and am happy my 4 year old is enjoying them but I can’t bring myself to eatthem. They have a weird slightly burnt or old oil smell and taste and do not taste like soy Garlic at all and barely have anysauce on them at all. I can’t tell if the smell and taste is from the batter on them or the sauce but even the little bit ofsauce on them does not taste good. The gyoza was the only thing I was not completely disappointed with. This was not worth the$28 I spent. Read more

Ramen smelled and tasted like pool water, it was disgusting. The pork was so dry and overcooked, very old. Like leather.... Absolutely terrible. I've gotten better Ramen in the past from here. What happened to this place? Read more

Absolutely delicious food. You know it was delicious because it took some time to come out because it was being cooked fresh in... on the spot. But not too much time I would say maybe 1015 minutes. Flavor was there not too extreme but not to the point whereyou couldn’t taste anything it was perfect. The pork buns however was absolutely flavorful and delicious. And last but notleast the staff was incredibly humble and welcoming, a lot of times in New York as a black person; when you want to experience aculture outside of yourself you don’t feel welcomed or you feel rushed. Not with the staff they were in inform for they tooktheir time and they were so smiley. (A month update)food is still very fresh and authentic I cannot believe this gem that cameto my home town. I love Middletown such diverse places on every corner. But I am on my way to becoming a regular to this place. They updated the menu to now serve sushi and habachi. I tried the spicy tuna roll today and it was GREAT 10/10 fresh fresh freshand the chefs yum yum sauce is different from the one I had any other place ever. It is white instead of that deep orange butBETTER slightly different flavor, original and FRESH ingredients. Staff is friendly beyond believe will check on you multipletimes always smiling. I was shown pictures and videos of the chef’s Journey and how he came to Middletown. the pictures that Iwas shown of his past experience reflected on the taste and Presentation of the food they serve. I am just so happy I found thisplace. They can take ALL MY MONEY! Read more
