I love coming here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I would give more stars but everytime this old lady with glasses is working... she is not a good cashier.. she is the only cashier that makes you bag your own stuff.. WHERE DO THEY DO THAT? Nice location. Friendly people. Amazing coffee and selection. BUT the fact you all dont see a problem with your speed of service... when you have a line all the way to the bathrooms because you have been helping the same customer for 10-15 minutes for lotteryis absolutely ridiculous. And this is an EVERYDAY thing. If it was every once in a while, completely understandable. A gasstation trip should be quick and convenient. Nothing should take 20 mins in a gas station. Read more
