Came through at 12:55am November 10th and the worker at the drive through window called me a ?rude b? as I was pulling away.... Couldn?t say it to my face tho. Lol. You?re so cool. Management should probably be aware of how she talks to customers. Calledto complain and she said she was the manager and if that?s the case she should be demoted or fired IMMEDIATELY! Completelyridiculous. Says I ?snatched the bag out her hand?? I definitely DID NOT! and even if I did that doesn?t give you the right tospeak to me the way you did. Get a desk job if you can?t handle face to face interactions with the public and be a decent humanbeing. Read more
Went there on a Saturday night at 11:45 pm 10/1/22, after school games and Haunted Hayrides, restaurants werent open that late.... Thought to myself"great, stuck having to go here, these people are not wanting to have to serve someone this late,order will beall wrong, but no choice." WRONG!!! Best service and Taco Bell there is! Two young guys working the drive thru as friendly ascan be."Hey Thanks for coming, how are you tonight!" Wife wanted a veggie pizza, they made sure to reminder her that she maywant the veggie tacos as well. Most Taco Bells put a thin layer of meat in their tacos and a TON of sour cream. They made thetacos even all thru out, crispy not soggy. Mexican pizza was as good as i can remember. Ordered for the whole family which turnsinto a lot of little items here and there, but they never missed a beat! Order was perfect. Worse experience I've ever had and the manager that works the evening shift she needs to lose her job. She's very rude and... unprofessional and don't need to be working in a place that she has to deal with customers. My order was disgusting we couldn'teat it the meat was so cold it had grease all over the wrapper we spent $40 on disgusting food that was cold. No way that meatwas fresh it even tasted bad but the manager wanted to fight with me saying they just cooked it and it was hot and fresh. Yeahokay ???? I will never be back at this location.
