Menu for United Dairy Farmers in Middletown, OH

Good morning it's 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning I do believe, and my wife and I decided to visit UDF. You know typical visit UDF... spend a little over $40 bought an ice cream coffee you know it's morning time. Wife and I go to have a seat and their littleseating area by the bathroom, you know where the tables and chairs are. To be informed we are not allowed to do so!? I askedsince when is a paying customer not allowed to use the chairs and tables? Seemed a reasonable question to ask right? Well wewere informed we were not allowed to use the tables and chairs until 9:00 a.m.!? Why you may ask, that's exactly what I did Iasked and got no response. With a rather sour face and snide remark I was told we're not allowed to use them until 9:00 a.m.because she said so? Since when is I said so a reason? Are we back in the third grade? Why in the world can we not use a tableand chairs inside of UDF as paying customers, someone please answer this for me. We posted up outside to finish our ice creamsstanding by the road where we continue to get dirty looks and currently are being brushed away by the police. Wow... Well first we have stopped by this UDF several times while walking our (service) dog. Until one morning we were advised... we could not bring our dog in unless we have paperwork? Despite my attempts to educate staff- explaining that I own theNational Service Dog Alliance and that not only were they not permitted to deny entry they also were not permitted by federallaw to ask for paperwork. Horrible service. Very poor management. 5 people behind the counter and no one had a clue about anything. Customers lined up to... the coolers in the back of the store. Drove to UDF in Hamilton. It was like night and day. Moderate crowd. Customer service wasgreat. Greeted with a smile. Thanked me for my business. Do not support UDF in Middletown. Travel to Hamilton!!! Read more

DO NOT go there before 5am expecting drinkable coffee. When I say undrinkable, you could not drink it, I tried three different... dispensers and they all tasted like they had been sitting since the night before and tasted like burnt espresso.. I gave themtwo stars because after the next shift comes in they keep fresh coffee going. Read more

Worst ice cream experience in my life!!! Staff started off by complaining they had to work there, then the guy that made it and... when he set it on the counter he slammed it down and watched the cherry roll off onto the floor and just turned around likenothing happened! The worst customer service, why didn't they wash hands or wear gloves between customers huh??? I'll be sharingme negative experience with everyone else I know!!! Read more
