Was in town visiting family and came to this Starbucks a total of 5 days in a row and each time the drinks were made... incorrectly. Ordered iced and they were made hot. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but it is crazy that a mistake was madeeach time we came. Read more
Careful walking in or out!!!!!! Sidewalk just outside store needs repair or at least markings for the uneven concrete. Easy to... trip, fall, and sprain an ankle (yes, it happened). Food was typical Starbucks. Employees good. Read more

I had one of the best customer service interactions today at this Starbucks location. As I exited Starbucks today I accidentally... dropped my coffee. I walked back into the store with the remainders of the container told the Starbucks girls what happened andasked to order new drink and they didn't even charge me without batting an eye. They turned what could have been anembarrassing experience into and understanding positive one. I will be back at the Starbucks because of this interaction. Read more
